Vaccine Passports – Part I

So, getting the jab is all the rage. Descriptions of ‘selfish’ and offering ‘kebabs for jabs’ are some of the headlines in the press and news currently. Additionally, If you don’t the (western, supposedly ‘free’) governments of the world are threatening to make you a 2nd class citizen. Strange behaviour is it not?

Given that:

  • Some people cannot take the vaccine due to medical conditions.
  • Taking a vaccine tested on aborted human fetal embryo’s goes against some people’s religious beliefs.
  • Taking a vaccine tested on animals goes against some people’s beliefs (for example most vegans).
  • Discriminating against people who have decided to not take a vaccine currently passed as a emergency vaccine is un-lawful.
  • Covid-19 is a pandemic and will pass, just like all have done so in the past. So why the need for a permanent digital vaccine passport? Surely a negative test showing you do not have Covid-19 is more than sufficient to allow you to access public events, such as football matches, or nightclubs. Does such movement from governments not indicate the true desire to be able to permanently track and trace and medically control all citizens.
  • Coercion to take the vaccine goes against the western principles of freedom and choice. each person should be free to select what medical treatments they want to take. The argument of being ‘selfish’ and not protecting others is ludicrous and without merit, when if you decide to take the vaccine it protects you. Additionally, recent evidence has shown that the vaccines do not prevent the spread of the disease (delta variant): https://inews.co.uk/news/science/vaccinated-people-infected-delta-variant-contagious-unvaccinated-1128915
