This statement is something that you will have heard non-stop for the past 1.5 years. The NHS is undoubtedly something we should cherish. However, the idea of ‘protecting the NHS’ may be a noble one. However, the National Health Service is just that. A service to the British public.
Ultimately, I question the logic of this statement of “Protecting the NHS”. It’s a irony that the general populous has been in-prisoned by a service that should serve us (not the other way around). It would appear that the NHS has been used as a mechanism to actually enslave healthy people in quarantine via lockdown. None of it makes sense…
Ask yourself the questions:
- How many extra people would have really ended up in hospital?
- How many extra people would have died?
- Would hospitals really have become stretch to over capacity?
- Did we save lives?
The answer to this is to look at Sweden and South Korea. As of July 2021:
- Sweden has 1436 deaths per million people. (no lockdown)
- South Korea has only 36 deaths per million people. (no lockdown)
- UK has had 1879 death per million people. (hard lockdown)
- Italy has had 2112 deaths per million people (hard lockdown)
Make of that what you wish…
